How do I know if your bracelets, earrings or necklaces are the right size for me?

All product descriptions include sizing information.
To make necklace shopping easier for you, I have listed some common necklace sizes in picture and text form on this page. It is also linked from each necklace product page. I hope to eventually add similar pages for earrings and bracelets. Feel free to contact me if you need further assistance.

I live outside of the United States. Can I still order?

At the moment, I only ship to US addresses.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club as well as PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Square or PayPal, so I never see your payment information.
No other payment methods are accepted.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from your store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account, but you can use one if you want to.

How much is shipping?

All US shipping is free for orders of $130 or more. Orders under $130 ship by USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $6.50. You will receive a tracking number once your item is on its way.
I do not currently ship outside the United States of America.

How will my order ship?

US orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $6.50.

When will my order ship?

Most items are made to order. Since I’m a one-woman-shop, please allow for 7-10 days of production time. Should it take longer than that for any reason, I will get in touch with you immediately. I ship all US orders by USPS priority mail, which delivers in 2-5 business days. See the item descriptions for specific shipping times.

What is your return policy?

Undamaged items, or items that have been damaged in transit (please immediately take pictures for documentation purposes) can be returned within 30 days of shipping for a refund or shop credit (excluding shipping cost, if applicable). Contact me to arrange a return.

Do you offer repairs?

If a clasp, ear wire or other metal component came loose, I’ll be happy to replace it free of charge.
If there is damage to the beading, the affected piece may have to be replaced due to the intricate nature of my jewelry.
Please contact me immediately with a detailed description and/or pictures of the damage (particularly important if your item/s were damaged in transit), so I can determine if the item can be repaired or needs to be replaced.

I lost an earring. Can I buy just one to replace it?

I’m happy to offer single earring replacements. Contact me to make arrangements.
